Moreover, physical wear (such as screw fastening marks, interface abrasion, etc.) will occur after installation, making it impossible to ensure the safety and compliance of secondary sales.​

Customized Nature​

Some parts (such as special guide rails, customized control cabinets) need to be produced separately according to the elevator parameters provided by customers. They are only applicable to specific equipment and cannot be re-circulated after return.​

Safety and Compliance Requirements​

As special equipment, the quality and adaptability of elevator parts directly affect operational safety. If delivered parts are installed or modified by customers, potential risks may arise due to improper operation. Since the safety of returned parts cannot be verified, returns will not be accepted.​

Specificity of International Trade​

In cross-border transactions, goods transportation involves customs clearance, tariff payment and international logistics. Returns will incur high costs and may violate the regulations of the importing country. Therefore, cross-border returns and refunds cannot be supported.​

Inherent Quality Issues of Goods​

If the customer receives the goods in an unopened and uninstalled state, and can provide clear photos, videos and original factory quality inspection reports to prove that the parts have manufacturing defects (such as cracks, excessive dimensional errors, etc.), after verification and confirmation by our technical team, a free replacement of the same qualified product will be provided, and no refund service will be offered.​

Incorrect or Missing Shipment​

In case of incorrect shipment of models, specifications or missing parts due to our reasons, customers must provide receipt certificates and product photos within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will resend the correct goods or missing accessories, and do not support returns or refunds.​

For bulk purchases or high-value parts, customers can apply to purchase samples (sample fees are non-refundable) and confirm the adaptability before placing bulk orders.​

Order Validity​

Submission and successful payment of the order shall be deemed as the customer having read and agreed to this refund policy, and confirmed acceptance of the “no return or refund for non-quality issues” clause.​
